Almost 20 years ago, Noah Talesnick entered the Internet realm. After graduating from UCF, Noah began programing financial tools that were utilized by his bank consulting employer and its clients. His interest grew in the burgeoning field, and he headed down the online technology path. Starting as a developer and then moving into project and client management, he worked with firms specializing in banking, higher education, and staffing before pursuing his own business. Noah took over WSOA in 2005 and has taken it from a four-person Web design company to a 20-person, full-service online marketing firm. As CEO of WSOA, Noah not only manages the business, but also seeks to build lasting partnerships with his clients and the community. He believes in serving others with excellence, whether at work, with his family, at church, or in the community.
Director of Internet Marketing
Bob Gilmour, Internet Marketing Director, Web Solutions of America, has worked in the Information Technology field since 1995. His passion is Internet Marketing, but is also an ISO 9000, AS9100 and Six Sigma Implementation Specialist.
Bob has worked for most of the major search directories and in this time learned the particulars of getting ranked in the free listings of search engines' results pages. Since then, much time has been spent staying current on the many algorithm changes in the search world. Through the years his client base has ranged from multi-level international defense contractors to local legal firms. Bob attended college at the University of Buffalo studying Industrial Engineering, he holds a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Villanova University and specializes also in Aviation related industries.
Director of Web Development
Sean Collins is Director of Web Development for Web Solutions of America, and has more than 14 years of experience in Website development and online promotion. With a degree in English and a background in Advertising, Sean began his website career as a ghostwriter and editor, helping authors write web content and develop information products to sell online.
In 2002 Sean expanded this role to include website production manager, overseeing design and graphics teams on a wide variety of website and ecommerce projects (including business, political, and education websites). In early 2013, Sean joined the team at Web Solutions of America.
Office Manager / Bookkeeper
Prior to coming to work for Web Solutions of America in 2008 Beth worked in Orlando and Miami for 12 years in the hotel industry as a Credit Manager. She is our go- to person in the office – she handles all the accounting, birthdays, lunches and all the other stuff that is needed to run Web Solutions of America efficiently. Beth’s free time is spent volunteering with the Children Ministries, Flower Guild and Church Finance Committee at her Church and at her children school. Beth is married to Michael and has two daughters, Addison and Abigail.
